Music was Julia’s first language. From dancing around the radio as a toddler to learning how to dance her fingers across piano keys, Julia lived music.
Soon, she discovered the violin and piano, opening new ways to express her soul. She dedicated herself to her craft, eventually studying music performance at the university level. With 20 years of experience playing both violin and piano, she has spent the last 10 years teaching music, sharing her passion and knowledge with students of all ages.
Her journey has taken her from singing her own music at local coffee shops and farmers' markets to performing as a soloist at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. She has studied under esteemed musicians, including Kasia Sokol-Borup in Salt Lake City and Nokothula Ngwenyama in Arizona.
Now, it is Julia’s mission to teach all who are willing to learn this beautiful form of communication, music. She works to bring the world closer together, one measure at a time!
