At Lessons In Your Home, we have a no-cancellation policy, which means we don’t provide credits or guaranteed make-up lessons for cancellations. However, if you must cancel a lesson—whether due to illness or another unavoidable circumstance—the first step is always to notify your teacher directly. Although make-up lessons aren’t guaranteed, our teachers will do their very best to accommodate you, because we understand that every lesson matters.
